Returns and Refunds

If a part does not fit or work out, we make returns straightforward.

Return window

Most new, unused parts can be returned within 30 days of delivery in original, resalable condition and packaging.

How to start a return

Email Support@partsmithco.com with your order number and reason. We will send return instructions and, where applicable, a label.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Exceptions

Electrical parts, special orders, and items marked non returnable may not be eligible. Some items may carry a core charge or restocking fee, noted on the product page.
