Cargo Light Function Note:

Should your vehicle is NOT equipped with a Cargo Light function but you still wish to install?
You may experience the Cargo Light staying on ALL THE TIME. If you do experience this issue, there are two modifications that may be performed

1. Disable the Cargo Light Function. This can be done by cutting the white 12v Cargo Light power wire. If this is method is chosen it is recommended to cover the wire end with heat shrink tube, wire nuts or electrical tape.

2. Add a switch and run a 12v power wire from your dash to the LED Brake Light. This is will also require cutting the white 12v Cargo Light power wire. Again please cover the plug side of the led wire to prevent electrical issues.

Prior to installation please verify the following:

1. Inspect back circuit board and wire connections
2. Verify circuit board is protected from exposed metal and wires when installing in the vehicle
3. Make sure the following wires are going to their correct locations.

• Black = Ground
• Red = Brake Light (+12v)
• White = Reverse Light (+12v)
• Yellow = Auxiliary or Running Light (+12v)
